Shipping / Returns / Refunds
Shipping --- We usually ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of order and confirmation of payment. If your order will take longer to process, we will notify you of an expected shipping date. We do not ship on the weekends. We use USPS priority mail. If you wish faster shipping please contact us prior to check out, so that we can discuss possible alternate arrangements. Please make sure the address to which you wish your order shipped is correct. Returns / Refunds --- We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is a problem with your purchase Returns must be authorized, so please be sure to contact us prior to returning your order. Items must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued on an individual basis as warranted. When the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the price of the item only. No shipping fees are refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return in which the condition of the item is altered from its original state.
